Yes, and it is work we focus on. We widen doorways for a wheelchair and set grab bars and shower rails into blocking in the wall. A tub you have to step over can become a walk-in tub with a door or a low-threshold shower. In a kitchen, we can lower counters and move storage within reach.
Do you work on commercial property and rentals?
Yes. We do tenant improvements and interior refreshes for small commercial spaces, including ADA doorway widening and accessible restrooms. For landlords, we get a rental ready between tenants. For businesses, we handle repairs and facilities maintenance.
Does my remodel need a permit?
In Woodward, the city's Code Enforcement Office issues permits for remodels inside the city limits. Electrical, plumbing, gas piping and mechanical work need a permit through that office too. Outside Woodward, the rules depend on where the job is, and we point you to the right office.
